Be Dangerous...It's Careful Out There explores the lives of 10 minority women creatives, native to the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. From a traveling nurse to a graphic designer, photographer to a producer, spiritual advisor to a bar tender; these women have all taken risks to further their career without comprising their values and integrity. That is indeed what the mantra and tile of the film mean. "It started as something I would say just because it was opposite of what people always tell you," says documentary producer Tatiana Johnson who coined the term as something she lives by. It simply means not waiting for any handouts.
