Never Too Early For Spring Dreams.

New York Fashion Week is now taking a totally new direction for me. Attending since 2007 I have seen not only the clothing evolve first hand but I have also evolved as far as what I like and what I find in it.  

Make no mistake I LOVE FASHION, but I don't like wearing clothes; which makes sense as to why Spring/Summer is my favorite season. From the colors to the fabrics I love it all. But now I see the colors as something I can use in a piece of furniture I am constructing or a design in my home. The Altuzarra Spring/Summer 2014 collection was a breath of fresh air! 

Starting the show with Joan Smalls (my cousin and myself claim her as a friend; in our head) was one of the most captivating introductions thus far. After a discussion with my colleague we both agreed she could have closed the show with that outfit. 

But I post this because I don't want any of you to forget this look.
