Craig Mack's Recipe for Cheesy Baked Tomatoes.

I don’t remember any other song beside Flava in Ya Ear and the bomb ass remix. But I have a feeling Craig Mack would recommend this nice side dish of Cheesy Baked Tomatoes. When I first looked at the picture I thought, it’s a must I need to have these in my life. Then I figured it would be nice to make them at Gam’s on Saturday.

Ok, enough with the small talk. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 oz reduced fat provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with Parmesan, provolone, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Mist lightly with non-fat cooking spray and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
