Kleer-Vu is known (to me) as the best place for Peach Cobbler, so good I brought a pan for my birthday to the KUC to share my sophomore year at Middle Tennessee State University. But let’s get to it! I haven’t had anything from Kleer-Vu in more than six months. So on my last day in Tennessee, my mama, Gam and I headed over there to eat at home. Yes, they have the choice of the Meat & Three, but I really couldn’t think of any meat I wanted, besides all I could think about was the peach cobbler. But I knew I wasn’t going to eat again until I landed in Chicago. For some reason I was anxious and excited about getting back to New York so eating was like ehh ehh.
I finally decided to get the mac & cheese. It has always had a good place in my heart, its cheesy taste and texture then to balance the favor, I made sure to get the string beans. Also my love of bread never dies, so the sweet hot water cornbread was a must.
PEACH COBBLER…extra crust. Yes.
Sweet Tea…Oh Yes.
