R.I.P. "SETS"

Fresh/Sophomore Years of college was when the word “SET" was the SHYT! I remember telling my mother uhh, Ciera & I are gonna run to Domino’s real quick & pick up a pizza …but really sneak off to a “SET" at University Courtyard.

It was too POPPIN! Jello shotz & chips sometimes…but the best thing was

MUSIC. They played everything. This is when my interest of DJ’ing came about because there were so many new songs that I wanted to put people on, word to DJ Ace Boogie (we used to go back & forth on the latest songs in the KUC).

Then of course I’d show up with my handy dandy camcorder ready to tape what was going on. Then had to rush back like I didn’t just come from the best House Party ever.
