Beyonce teamed up with First Lady Michelle Obama for the “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” campaign to to help fight child obesity. She reworked her 2007 hit “Get Me Bodied” for the occasion.
I love that she’s actually dancing with the kids. This video looks like it was tons of fun. I want to learn the dances and make this my mini workout for stressful days. Ssshhh, don’t tell anybody. :-)
