Why Teaching This Upholstery Class Is so Important

Because it has been a life dream that I didn't know I had...DUH! I've always loved interior design, especially working alongside Gam and watching her work. Her heavy influence of beautiful things that not only special pieces you could create on your own but also finding old treasures to revamp was so intriguing to me. 

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's in Journalism I moved back to New York and worked in design and editing. I found a weekly class taught by HGTV's own, Matthew Haly in Upholstery. I immediately signed up and have been learning ever since. Taking it up a notch, from that I branched out from home staging to reupholstery to interior designing.

I took a break for awhile to mainly do the skills for myself and own home. 

But I'm back and now I'm going to be teaching. I'm excited about getting to meet people who want to learn about upholstery and reupholstery (which is my favorite). So get ready, I'm anxious
